OBSERVANCE OF VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK 2023

“ Let the eye of vigilance never be closed” – Thomas Jefferson. Observance of vigilance awareness week is taken up to encourage all country man to collectively participate in the prevention of and the fight against corruption and rays public awareness regarding the existence causes and gravity of and the trade post by corruption. Vartak Model School observe the vigilance awareness week on 2ndNovember 2023 to mark the birthday of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and to bring social awareness among the students. The theme of this year was“ Say No to Corruption; Commit to the Nation”. In the program the chief guest was Mr. AP Sahi , Executive Engineer civil, Secy. Vartak Model School. A speech was given by the Principle Mrs Jonali Talukdar Sharma to sensitize student and staff about the various wrong practices and how one should be vigilance. A dance drama was performed by Class V students. Chief guest also gave a speech to motivate the students. Mrs. Minakshi Borah Das guided all the students and staff with a pledge. Students took pledge with full integrity. At the end of the program a vote of thanks was given by Coordinator, Mrs. Mridusmita Borah. The objective of the program was to stop corruption in future and make the students honest and responsible citizens of India.
