TEACHER'S TRAINING WORKSHOP 2023

A teacher’s training workshop was organised by Viva education as a goodwill gesture in Vartak Model School on 8th July 2023 under the supervision of the Principal Mrs Jonali Talukdar Sharma. The development of community and society, nation and universe is dependent on educational system. The holistic development of children of any nation is in the hand of teachers. School education has a symbiotic relationship with teacher education as teachers are the frontline providers of quality education. The resource person of the workshop was Mrs Manobi Deka Proprietor, Sparsh Group of School; Founder Director, Yasashi Foundation; Territory Head, Early Childhood Association of India and President, WICCI Elementary Education. The principal welcomed the resource person with an Assamese traditional gamusa. The workshop was based on : 1. Importance of continuous and comprehensive evaluation. 2. Classroom management. 3. Refining the role of educators in technology driven education system. 4. Early childhood education and care. At the end of the workshop teachers were asked to provide feedback on the workshop taken and the methodology adopted. Overall all the teachers were satisfied with the content. Arrangements for Point tea as well as lunch was also organized with the help of Vartak Officers Mess for the guests and participants.
