COMMUNITY LUNCH PROGRAM 2022

COMMUNITY LUNCH PROGRAM :- Community lunch is a weekly program designed to share the lunch meal to encourage the people of the community. This year, our school conducted a “community lunch” on 1st October 2022, Saturday, that was the last working day before Autumn Break. Offg. Principal made an arrangement outside the classroom under the tree where children were seated. They bought different types of food from home in their lunch box and shared the lunch with their fellow students. Teachers helped in distributing the lunch. It was like a mini picnic. Children enjoyed very much. This program was organized to introduce kids to new foods. The offg. Principal Mrs Jonali Talukdar Sarmah told that sharing a meal like this is an excellent way for the kids to feel a sense of communal harmony. And it’s also a great way to introduce kids to new foods. Apparently they will eat things at school, among their friends, which will lead to developing the activity of sharing.
