SILVER JUBILEEE CELEBRATION

Silver Jubilee Celebration 2020 Vartak Model School celebrated 25 years of meritorious service to the cause of education with great pomp and show on 18 February 2020 at Mani Bhawan. The function was attended by the various dignitaries from EBW, Project Vartak and parents of the students. The momentous occasion commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief Guest Brigadier Ashish Gupta, Patron Vartak Model School, followed by the Saraswati Vandana. After that the principal Mrs Aparna Agrawal presented the school report highlighting the achievements of the school in various domains. Over 150 students from pre-primary and primary classes participated in the cultural programme which began with a lively performance by the tiny tots followed by folk dances, songs and an English play titled ‘The Pied Piper of Hamelin. Mrs Shefali Gupta, Chairperson distributed prizes to the meritorious students and Brig Ashish Gupta, Patron to the best performers. He praised the school for its dedicated service to education and the efforts made by our school in preparing the students for the silver jubilee function in very short span. The highlight of the event was Bihu Dance and ‘Memories of Childhood – Yadon ki Baraat’.The function closed with the singing of the National Anthem. The celebration ended after a high tea and e refreshment were served to the parents. Mrs Aparna Agrawal, the Principal acknowledged the efforts of the students and congratulated the entire VMS team for making the event successful.
