FREE MEDICAL CAMP 2026

FREE MEDICAL CAMP IN SCHOOL Overview A comprehensive medical camp was held at Vartak Model School on January 28th and 29th, 2026. Organized by the CMI Room and 1207 Dental Unit, HQ CE(P) Vartak (C/O 99 APO), the initiative provided free health screenings to all students during regular school hours. Medical Services & Personnel The camp featured a team of highly qualified healthcare professionals who provided thorough examinations, including: General Vitals: Height, Weight, Blood Pressure (BP), and Pulse. Specialized Check-ups: Dental, Eye, and General Physical Examinations. Following the check-ups, the school provided individual health cards to every student to record their results. The medical team was led by: • Dr. M Selvaraj, DCMO (SG), Deputy Chief Medical Officer, HQ CE(P) Vartak. • Capt. Ayush Varma, Medical Officer, HQ CE(P) Vartak. • Capt. T Tushar Manohar, Dental Officer, HQ CE(P) Vartak. Follow-up & Treatment In a dedicated follow-up effort, students identified with specific medical concerns were referred for further consultation. The School Principal coordinated with parents to visit the CMI Room and 1207 Dental Unit, where Dr. M Selvaraj, Capt. Ayush Varma, and Capt. T Tushar Manohar provided expert consultations and dispensed free medications where necessary. Conclusion The event was a resounding success, fostering an environment that encourages proactive health management. Beyond identifying early health concerns, the camp emphasized the vital link between physical wellness and academic success. The school management and HQ CE(P) Vartak expressed a shared commitment to holding such camps regularly to promote sustained health awareness within the community.
